POOL PROS
Including the End User License Agreement · Effective September 19, 2026 · Last updated September 19, 2026
These terms form an agreement between Pool Pros Inc. of Lawton, Oklahoma (“Pool Pros”, “we”) and you. “The platform” means Pool Pros OS at os.pool-pros.com, the careers board at careers.pool-pros.com, and related company tools. Staff use is covered by your employment or contractor relationship plus these terms; candidates and customers using the public surfaces (job applications, assessments, token-gated share links) accept these terms by using them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Pool Pros grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for Company business — or, for candidates and customers, for the specific application, assessment, or shared report you were invited to. The platform, its software, and its content remain the property of Pool Pros and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense it; attempt to access data beyond your granted role; share accounts or tokens issued to you; or use the platform to break the law. Accounts are created by an administrator; you are responsible for activity under your credentials and for keeping them confidential.
Customer records, job history, and accounting figures shown in the platform belong to the Company as business records. Where the platform mirrors third-party systems — QuickBooks Online (read-only A/R & A/P aging), JobTread, PoolBrain, Google services — your use of the underlying data remains subject to the Company's agreements with those providers and, for QuickBooks-connected features, to Intuit's terms on the QuickBooks side. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops syncing and removes stored credentials; previously pulled snapshots persist as business records (see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests).
The platform's software, design, documentation, and aggregated content are owned by Pool Pros or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation. Nothing here transfers ownership of your pre-existing materials.
The platform is provided for internal operations and may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Public share links and postings may expire. We may update these terms; material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced inside the platform.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Finance figures are mirrored snapshots for operational awareness — confirm material decisions against the system of record (e.g. QuickBooks Online itself).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pool Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from platform use — even if advised of the possibility.
Access ends when employment or engagement ends, when an administrator revokes it, or when share-link and posting windows expire. Misuse — including exceeding your grants or violating §3 — may lead to immediate suspension. §§4–5 and §§7–10 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
